The Privacy Policy is primarily drawn up in English. The English version is leading. For the Customer's comfort, this Privacy Policy has been translated into Dutch, French, German, Spanish and Italian. These translated versions are neither leading nor binding, no rights can be taken away from them, even in the event of translation errors.

 

This Privacy policy describes how Sentomus (facilitated by  Sento  Group BV, hereinafter referred to as "Sento") collects, uses and protects personal data on its websites www.sentomus.eu, www.sentomus.be,  www.sentomus.nl,  www.sentomus.de  , www.sentomus.fr , www.sentomus.it, www.sentomus.es, subdomains of these websites  and other systems such as survey systems  (hereinafter referred to as "website", "websites"   or "systems").  

By using  the services, websites or systems of Sento,  you agree to this privacy policy and  the terms and conditions.

 

Sento applies the following basic principles, and adheres to the regulations within the framework of the GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Personal data are collected and processed for the purpose for which Sento obtained them

• Sento only asks for the necessary data

• Sento does not keep the data longer than necessary

• Sento asks for your consent when necessary

• Sento takes appropriate measures to secure access to the data

• Sento does not share personal data with parties other than the parties mentioned in this statement

• Sento respects your rights with regard to the data provided

 

1. Personal data collected

Sento collects personal data that you voluntarily provide to Sento when you register for its services, make a purchase, use its websites or systems, or contact Sento. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, company  information, and other information you provide to us.

 

2. Use of personal data

Sento uses the data it collects to provide its services, process purchases, communicate with you and make our websites and systems work properly. Sento may also use your data  to send you e-mail messages about the progress of the Sentomus study, unless you ask us not to do so.  It is not possible to unsubscribe from  the strictly  necessary e-mails necessary for invoicing and handling  the payment of your purchases at Sento.

 

3. Sharing of personal data

Sento does not share your personal data with third parties, except if this is necessary for the provision of our services or if Sento is legally obliged to do so.

4. Security and retention of personaldata

Sento takes the necessary measures to protect your personal data  as much as possible against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. Sento uses secure servers and encryption technology to protect your data.

Some Sento websites use Wix's services. Wix.com is an international provider of web services and   infrastructure for creating and managing websites, and related services. Wix.com Ltd. is based in Israel, a country that, according to the European Commission, guarantees an adequate level of protection of personal data of citizens of the European Union.  Wix.com stores data in data centers in Europe, the U.S. and Israel.  Other Sento websites  and systems, including the survey systems and the data collected, are hosted by server companies within the European Union.

5. Right of access and control of personal data

In the context of the GDPR legislation, you can at all times have the opportunity to know what personal data we have, or you can  ask to have data  deleted or adjusted.  In that case,  Sento will ask  you to first identify yourself sufficiently.  In that case, send  Sento an email via contact [at] sentogroup [dot] eu.

6. Cookies

The Websites use cookies to remember your preferences, make the websites work correctly and analyze your use of our Website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer when you visit the Websites. You can change your browser settings to refuse cookies, but this may prevent you from using all functions of the Website.

7. Data from respondents

During the Sentomus study,  individuals will give their opinion through the surveys that are at the heart of the Sentomus research. At no time are personal data requested from these respondents that can be traced back to the identity of the respondent. This guarantees, on the one hand, that respondents can give their opinion completely anonymously, and on the other hand, that  the approach and method of the research are in line  with the GDPR legislation. It is not permitted for the Customers (museums) participating in the study to request personal data when they choose to add their own questions to the research. 8. Alterations

Sento may change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Websites. We encourage you to check this privacy policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.

De Privacy Policy is primair opgesteld in het Engels. De Engelse versie is leidend. Voor het comfort van de Klant, werd deze Privacy Policy vertaald naar het Nederlands, Frans, Duits, Spaans en Italiaans. Deze vertaalde versies zijn niet leidend noch bindend, er kunnen geen rechten aan onttrokken worden, ook niet in geval van vertaalfouten.

Dit Privacy beleid beschrijft hoe Sentomus (gefaciliteerd door Sento Group BV, hierna "Sento" genoemd) persoonsgegevens verzamelt, gebruikt en beschermt op haar websites www.sentomus.eu, www.sentomus.be, www.sentomus.nl, www.sentomus.de, www.sentomus.fr, www.sentomus.it, www.sentomus.es, subdomeinen van deze websites en andere systemen zoals enquêtesystemen (hierna "Website”, “websites" of “systemen” genoemd).

Door gebruik te maken van de diensten, websites of systemen van Sento stemt u in met dit privacybeleid en de algemene voorwaarden.

 

Sento hanteert de volgende basisprincipes, en houdt zich aan de regelgeving in het kader van de GDPR – Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG):

• Persoonsgegevens worden verzameld en verwerkt voor het doel waarvoor Sento ze verkregen heeft

1. Verzamelde persoonsgegevens

Sento verzamelt persoonsgegevens die u vrijwillig aan Sento verstrekt wanneer u zich registreert voor haar diensten, een aankoop doet, gebruikmaakt van haar websites of systeem, of contact met Sento aangaat. Deze gegevens kunnen omvatten, maar zijn niet beperkt tot uw naam, e-mailadres, bedrijfsgegevens en andere informatie die u ons verstrekt.

 

2. Gebruik van persoonsgegevens

Sento gebruikt de gegevens die we verzamelen om onze diensten te verlenen, aankopen te verwerken, te communiceren met u en onze websites correct te laten werken. Sento kan uw gegevens ook gebruiken om u e-mailberichten over de voortgang van het onderzoek Sentomus te verzenden, tenzij u ons vraagt dit niet te doen. Het is niet mogelijk om uit te schrijven voor de strikt noodzakelijke e-mails nodig voor de facturatie en het afhandelen van de betaling van uw aankopen bij Sento.

 

3. Delen van persoonsgegevens

Sento deelt uw persoonsgegevens niet met derden, behalve indien dit nodig is voor de verlening van onze diensten of als Sento hiertoe wettelijk verplicht is.

 

4. Beveiliging en bewaring van persoonsgegevens

Sento neemt de nodige maatregelen om uw persoonsgegevens zoveel als mogelijk te beschermen tegen verlies, diefstal, misbruik, ongeoorloofde toegang of openbaarmaking. Sento maakt gebruik van beveiligde servers en encryptie-technologie om uw gegevens te beschermen.

Sommige websites van Sento maken gebruik van de diensten van Wix. Wix.com is een internationale aanbieder van webdiensten en infrastructuur voor het maken en beheren van websites, en aanverwante diensten. Wix.com Ltd. is gevestigd in Israël, een land dat volgens de Europese Commissie een toereikend niveau van bescherming van persoonsgegevens van burgers van de Europese Unie garandeert.  Wix.com slaat data op in datacenters in Europa, de V.S. en Israël. Andere websites en systemen van Sento, waaronder de enquêtesystemen en de verzamelde data, worden gehost bij serverbedrijven binnen de Europese Unie.

 

5. Recht op toegang en controle van persoonsgegevens

In het kader van de GDPR wetgeving heeft u te allen tijde de mogelijkheid om te weten over welke persoonsgegevens we beschikken, of kan u vragen om gegevens te laten verwijderen of aanpassen. Sento zal u in dat geval wel vragen om zich eerst voldoende te legitimeren. Stuur in dat geval Sento een email via contact [at] sentogroup [dot] eu.

 

6. Cookies

De Websites maken gebruik van cookies om uw voorkeuren te onthouden, de websites correct te laten werken en uw gebruik van onze Website te analyseren. Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die op uw computer worden geplaatst wanneer u de Websites bezoekt. U kunt uw browserinstellingen wijzigen om cookies te weigeren, maar hierdoor kan het zijn dat u niet alle functies van de Website kunt gebruiken.

 

7. Gegevens van respondenten

Tijdens het onderzoek Sentomus zullen individuen hun mening geven via de online enquêtes die de kern uitmaken van het Sentomus onderzoek. Op geen enkel moment worden persoonsgegevens gevraagd aan deze respondenten die te herleiden zijn naar de identiteit van de respondent. Dit garandeert enerzijds dat de respondenten volledig anoniem hun mening kunnen geven, en anderzijds dat de aanpak en methode van het onderzoek in lijn zijn met de GDPR wetgeving. Het is niet toegestaan aan de Klanten (musea) die deelnemen aan het onderzoek, om persoonsgegevens te vragen wanneer zij ervoor kiezen om eigen vragen toe te voegen aan het onderzoek. 8. Wijzigingen

Sento kan dit privacybeleid op elk moment wijzigen. Eventuele wijzigingen zullen op de Websites worden geplaatst. Wij raden u aan dit privacybeleid regelmatig te controleren om op de hoogte te blijven van eventuele wijzigingen.
